Big agencies are slow
I need to get a page coded for a client asap. If I were working on this alone, and was able to use my coder, we would have the coded pages to the client in less than half a day.
Instead, between my PM and I, we had to track down the guy who runs production here, then he has to find a coder in his group that has the bandwidth and get back to me on timing. It’s taken a good 24 hours already just to get the timing on something when the actual work would take only 3 or 4 hours. When I last checked with him, he said that we may not have a coder until Thursday!
My guess is that it’ll take 5-7 days to turn this around…
